Month Of Coordinating
Starting - $1,700

B&J point of contact during event.
One in person meeting and one virtual meeting (up to 2 hours).
Bi-monthly phone calls leading up to the event to discuss any concerns/questions along the way.
Unlimited email contact.
Day-of timeline assistance.
Week-of vendor confirmations.
Set up of all personal decor items.
Complete site review prior to guest arrival.
One lead Event Coordinator on site for up to 9 hours on event day. Additional hours may be required for an additional fee depending on timeline and other factors.

Partial Coordinating
Starting - $5,000

Four in person or virtual meetings (up to 2 hours).
Unlimited vendor recommendations.
Retrieve up to four vendor quotes on clients behalf.
Obtain and review vendor contracts.
Assistance with designs and concepts.
Creating of personalized planning to do lists that are specific to your event.
Arrival upon venue allowance and departure after tear down of all personal items.
Creation of full event day timeline.
Includes all month of planning items.

Unlimited contact via text & email.
Six in person or virtual meetings.
Full creation of designs and concepts.
Complete guidance In contracting all vendors including venue and room blocks.
Venue walk though and creation of venue layout.
Unlimited vendor quotes.
RSVP tracking.
Coordination of rehearsal.
Includes all month of and partial planning items
